DeAnn L. Prosia was born in Chicago and has lived in Kentucky, Connecticut, and Germany, where she had two one-person shows. Pieces by Prosia have been exhibited in over 300 shows and are held in permanent collections worldwide including The Rockwell Museum, The New York Historical Society Museum and Library, the Jundt Art Museum, and the Stedelijke Musea. Her work can be found on Artsy, Artnet, and at The Old Print Shop in New York City. She has won numerous awards, including Best in Show, the Gold Medal of Honor and the Anna Hyatt Huntington Bronze Medal from the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club all within two years. She is now President of the Society of American Graphic Artists and lives and works in New Jersey.
