Join us on Thursday, December 2 at 7 PM when history buff Gerard Thornton returns to the museum to present the story of 25-year-old New York World reporter Nellie Bly, whose voyage on the luxury ocean liner SS Augusta Victoria in 1889 marked the beginning of a 72-day journey around the world.
This program is part of our NOW virtual lecture series. It will premiere on the museum’s Facebook or on the NOW page on the website. No registration is required, and you can view it any time after its premiere.
