Museum Education Associate
The Noble Maritime Collection seeks a motivated, energetic educator for its growing education department. The museum offers programs for pre-k through high school students at the museum on the campus of Snug Harbor Cultural Center and in schools throughout Staten Island. The programs use visual arts to teach about New York’s maritime history and industry. Students engage in a history lesson and use watercolors and a printing press to depict scenes of the waterfront. The museum’s Director of Programs provides training.
