As a companion to the museum’s Andrea Doria exhibition, we are happy to host Little Funerals on Saturday, May 13 at 3 PM, a performance that is part of this year’s Italian Theater Festival in New York City. Little Funerals, written by Maurizio Rippa and performed by Rippa with Amedeo Monda on guitar, features a dramatic musical score alternating a traditional funeral rite with songs and dedicated to those no longer with us. This free event will be presented in English and Italian.
